Wi protects. It never surveils.
Wi is in development. This is a short explanation of how its connected services and agent features will handle your information. The full privacy policy sets out the details, including providers, retention, deletion, and your rights.
You choose what to connect
Visiting this site or joining the waitlist does not give Wi access to Google. When the connector is available, Wi will explain its access and AI processing before you grant permission. The integrations cover Gmail, Google Calendar, saved Google Contacts through the People API, and Google Drive files including Google Docs. You enable available features and grant their permissions to receive summaries, meeting context, contact lookup, document answers, and follow-up assistance. Wi does not ask for permissions for features that are not yet available.
Read-only access lets Wi understand information. Optional action permissions let an available agent feature send or organize email, manage calendar events or contacts, or work on selected documents. Wi explains the action and information shared and obtains the required confirmation. An agent must stay within the task or automation you authorize. You can stop future actions; completed actions may not be reversible.
Saved context, under your control
Wi saves the Gmail messages, calendar events, and contacts needed for your enabled features. Document features may also retain relevant file content and search information. These copies help Wi find information and give you context over time. Wi may refresh your enabled connections in the background. Read-only does not mean your information stays only at Google.
Google data stays out of model training
Wi uses relevant information to generate assistance for your account. It does not sell your data, use Google data for ads, or pool it into profiles shared across users. Data received through Google APIs, including summaries and other derived information, is excluded from model training, fine-tuning, model evaluation, and model improvement. This also applies when Google information appears in a chat or feedback report.
Processing may use Wi-managed models such as Qwen or eligible commercial APIs from Anthropic and OpenAI, with your consent and the Google-data protections in the AI processing section. Human access to Google data is restricted to the narrow support, security, legal, and anonymized internal operations exceptions described in the policy.
Your training choice
Wi may use eligible non-Google conversations, uploads, feedback, and interaction records to train and improve its models, subject to applicable law and your choices. You can opt out by emailing [email protected]. An opt-out stops future training use and removes eligible content from pending training datasets. Google data is excluded regardless of your choice. The training section explains exclusions, required consent, and the treatment of previously trained models.
Disconnect and request deletion
You can remove Wi’s access through your Google Account’s third-party connections. You can also email [email protected] to disconnect, delete your Wi account or connected data, or leave the waitlist.
Removing Google access stops further authorized API access. When you disconnect through Wi or we detect revocation, we also stop assistant use of the affected stored information and begin deletion. Deleting copies is a separate technical process, including derived information and eventual backup expiry, as explained in the retention and deletion section. Deleting from Wi does not change the originals in Google.
Information on this website
Waitlist information is used for requested signup and access updates. Hosting services, Google Fonts, and supporting content delivery networks may receive technical request data, such as IP addresses. There are no advertising pixels on this website. Our privacy policy explains these technologies and service communications.
